Replacement Spherical Sealing Technology Seal fits CVJ60-F2501 kits that shipped after 7/1/16. Patented Spherical Sealing Technology provides much greater resistance to punctures and tears than a rubber CV boot.
For all other Dana 60 axle kits, as well as CVJ60-F2501 kits that shipped before 7/1/16, the D2777 boot is required.
