Returns (RMA)

Returns only accepted from purchases directly from RCV Performance. All dealer order returns must be processed through the dealer, no exceptions.

Product must be returned in new, unopened condition and purchased originally within 90 days of initializing the return. All product returned to RCV Performance are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer must cover all shipping charges of the product back to RCV Performance.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days of product being received by RCV Performance. Refund will cover the cost of the product only; shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

2.Create RMA number: You must label the box with this number before shipment.
3.Receive approval from RCV Performance representative - Packages without APPROVED RMA will be refused upon receipt.
