RCV Performance limited lifetime warranty valid against mechanical failure of the product for the original purchaser only.
Proof of purchase will be required to process warranty claim. “Mechanical failure” is defined as failure of a component function while operating under design constraints. RCV reserves the right to deny any claim if the product is shown to be incorrectly installed or subject of collateral damage of surrounding components. RCV is not responsible for any additional collateral damages to any components caused or related to an RCV product. RCV is not responsible for any shop/labor hours related to installation or replacement of RCV product. Warranty only valid for components in full RCV axle shaft assemblies, any combination of non-RCV components in the axle shaft assembly will void warranty.
All claims are subject to review and acceptance by RCV in its sole discretion.
A photo of the damaged part will be required to complete warranty submission. Please have photos of the damaged components cleaned, clearly showing the broken part.
Warranty claims without photos will not be processed.
Warranty does not cover:
• Intentional or willful destruction of product
• Worn items
• Twisted splines
• Bent Axles
• Boots
• Stripped Threads
• Modification of the product
• Failure from improper installation
• Failure from other than intended use
Warranty on discontinued RCV components will recieve an RCV credit equal to the purchase price of the item.
ORDERS PURCHASED THROUGH A DEALER
Warranty for RCV performance products purchased through a 3rd party (dealer or distributer) must be processed through that purchaser. The dealer has full discretion in how to process warranty claims or customer service issue. All warranty claims purchased from a dealer must be submitted by the dealer to RCV Performance through our warranty form.
All warranty claims will be logged and will be processed in the order they were recieved.
DO NOT ship any packages to prior to approval from an RCV Warranty representative.
Any items shipped to RCV Performance without approval documentation will be refused upon receipt.
