RCV Axle & CV Services RMA

RCV offers full inspection and rebuild services for all products.  You may select any of the services below and send your RCV product to us. The parts are then torn down and inspected,  if any additional wear or damage is found you will be contacted and presented with options of replacement or rebuild components.  If no damage or excessive wear is found,  the axle will be reassembled, greased, and sealed with new CV boots.

ALL PRODUCT SENT IN IS REQUIRED TO BE SCHEDULED BEFORE PRODUCT IS MAILED.  ANY UNSCHEDULED PRODUCT WILL BE PUT ON STANDBY.

Standard rebuild timeline for scheduled product is 1-2 weeks.  If additional components are needed that estimate is subject to change based on replacement part availability and communication.  Please allow enough time, including shipping time, between your events. RCV Performance is not responsible for any aesthetic changes to the finish of parts changed/replaced.

To submit your axles to the race prep & rebuild program, please follow the steps below:

2.RMA field: You must label the box with this number that you create before shipment.
3.Ship to the address below:

*PLEASE PRINT RMA FORM AND PUT IN BOX AS WELL AS WRITE YOUR RMA NUMBER ON OUTSIDE OF BOX PRIOR TO SHIPPING.
